I am having a really tough time with cravings of sugar for some reason!
I hate to admit when things come up like this because I feel somehow, I have failed.
I try oranges to help my sweet tooth, but sometimes to no avail.
Even though I exercise well, I somehow seem to get this idea that because I am exercising so much, eating more sugar is ok.
Our local Walmart was carrying these candy bars my daughter and I have ate together, and are now closing them out and will discontinue. This is a blessing in disguise I know, but I think 'panic mode' has kicked in. These are called 'caramello' bars, and they have such smooth chocolate with carmel inside and are sooo good!
My daughter hardly eats them anymore, but I can't kick them.
I have tried dark chocolate and the transition is bumpy to say the very least.
I am out of options, but am still trying to kick the Caramello cravings!
