Good day turned bad :(

So i wake up this morning and it started off great! i woke up by 8:30 took a shower and went to church. After we ended up going to this amazing restraunt called Q Cumbers. The restraunt is based on salads, but they also had a yogurt bar, chicken fajitas with light sour cream, eggs, ham, bacon, a fruit bar, and low fat ice cream!.. and most of their pop was diett!.. then i decided to look up on google trails in my county and found this amazing trail 10mins away from my house and did a nice hikeing walk with my boyfriend for 60mins and the hills were kickin my ass! lol sorry for the language but it was crazy how i felt after i was done!..then a few hours later me and my boyfriend decided to go on another walk!.. around are usual its called Lake Nokomis its usually a 40-50min walk so i basically burned 900calories!..and then all of a sudden my mom was havin a really bad day! and i cant forget to tell you shes lost 100pounds..she asked if i wanted to go to chinese! thats my favorite food of all time and i couldnt turn it down!..she usually does really good at not eating bad. but today was NOT a good day for her!. feelin kinda guilty..thanks for listenin!

    Too bad you didn't suggest going back to Q Cumbers! That might have been a treat for her if she had not been there before. I love Chinese, but the sodium makes me retain fluid like crazy.

Well, today went good until i had to wake up lol!.. First i woke up at 9am.. ran to the county service center to get my birth certificate.. then to the social security office to get my card which was 20mins away from where i was at.. and i find out the place moved!.. drove all the way to the new location and they tell me that you cant apply for the cards at this office!.... so i had to drive an extra 20mins away to apply!..then i walked around the lake to take a nice breather!.. then i had to go get my check.. went to the bank, went to walmart, then out to eat, went to the gym and now im finally on SP!.. and lets just say i gotta little headach!..finally its over!.. i was looking forward to posting this blog and filling out my workout info!..thanks for listening.. have a good one!

-To burn fat instead of all the carbs you just ate, eat less starches like bread, pasta ect! after lunch fill up on veggies, fruit and protein!

-Skip the sugar!!.. eating sugary high carb foods like candy can spike you insulin levels, which releases signals to your body to store fat!

- Eat some yogurt it shows that it can help reduce body fat!

-Drink Green Tea it will spike your metabolism & melt away pounds!

-Do a little jump rope its a great fat killer! it tones your thighs, calf's, and butt!

-Last but NOT Least..Interval training!

well im working out great!... everyday between 30-60 of cardio.. and weight lifting!.. the only probiem i think im eating good all day!.. i kinda lose track on how much i ate!... and even though iv been making good choices on food.. like i said i forget!..its that darn subway that throws me off

    good for you getting the exercise in... subway has a lot of good things from which to choose - they have 6-7 solid choices that do little harm!
have you used the food tracker? that is a quick and easy way to get a handle on what you are eating and when.. the detailed tracker, not the 'quick tracker'. I don't do it all the time any more but I do any time I have a weight loss to readjust what I am eating to stay within the guidelines.
Keep the faith - the changes take time to become habit.. make small goals for yourself and reward yourself when you reach them

    Yay for doing the exercise! Sometimes that is soo hard.
As for the food--make sure you write it all down and also, try to choose some better options, as Princess_Twisty said. Maybe go without the cheese, or switch the type of dressing you put on your sandwhiches.

    Good work on the exercise front!
Now, put the Subway down, step away slowly...Nah, Subway can be a good, nutritious option - but you have to make it that way! Choose a healthier option (even if it's just one at first) - like, try honey-mustard instead of the ranch dressing. Or skip the cheese. Eventually, you might want to order a six-inch instead of a footlong...but that might not happen at first!
It all takes time, but the good thing about the food tracker is that now you know what's throwing you off so you can take steps to make it better (i.e. healthier)!
You can do it!
