-To burn fat instead of all the carbs you just ate, eat less starches like bread, pasta ect! after lunch fill up on veggies, fruit and protein!
-Skip the sugar!!.. eating sugary high carb foods like candy can spike you insulin levels, which releases signals to your body to store fat!
- Eat some yogurt it shows that it can help reduce body fat!
-Drink Green Tea it will spike your metabolism & melt away pounds!
-Do a little jump rope its a great fat killer! it tones your thighs, calf's, and butt!
-Last but NOT Least..Interval training!
