As I entered all the data for my calorie deficit tracking I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong. I seriously can't be 2800 calories over for the week. I feel really good. My workouts have been awesome! I don't feel like I'm over eating. I don't really have any more time in my day that I can devote to working out. My body fat is going down. My weight isn't going up. But this darn calorie deficit tracking is consistently going up and up and up. The only way I seem to get a deficit is when I eat a heck of a lot less (like 1300 calories). That can't be right. I'm going to have to do more reading and make sure I'm doing this right.
I made my Christmas lasagna last night. It needs a little work. First it's very labor intensive for me to pull off on such a hectic day. So I might put it all together the day before. Plus it needs to be in a smaller pan, more seasoning and more sauce. I think that will about do it. I'm still going to make it for Christmas. I just need a little tweak here or there.
Today's workout was TH Cardio, Yoga Flex and Abs. I hope to ride my bike for 30 minutes today while watching football. It's just going to be too darn cold to walk outside today.
I had steel cut oats for breakfast today. I forgot how much I like them. I put in 2 T walnuts, 1 t vanilla, 1/2 t cinnamon and a banana. YUMMY!! Next time I should try putting the banana in the oats while they are cooking. I've heard that is pretty wonderful.
