Well today I went out to eat after church which was not planned I made the wrong choices but I did not go over my calorie intake but did my fat by 2 and my sodium by 300 Going out to eat tomorrow with my friends for lunch I will be more careful It has been a good day as I am learning from my mistakes and just keep going I hope to do better in the next week but I will only be able to do my best I am not gong to stress over it

I didn't write yesterday I went out to eat I planned the day by not eating so much for breakfast and for lunch so I would have extra calories I even looked up the menu and deceided what to get but I didn't follow my plan I ate too many chips and salsa they are not even one of my favorite things I ate because I was hungry and nervous also did not order what I had planned on ordering Fajita was really a lot of calories with all the sides I gained 2 pounds today I am back on track today I promised my self I would learn from my mistakes and not quit I am proud that I have done that I did not eat enough calories today I will do better tomorrow I did get all my water in and I did exercise today I have learn that I am not perfect in dieting and that is ok It is important to just keep going and trying

well I have been sick so I haven't log in like I should have I am feeling better plan on increasing my exercise back to 20 tomorrow I am glad I have been able to do at least 10 so little but it is making a difference going groc shopping tomorrow to get better food in the house I am surprised I am still here I usually would have given up when I was sick and would be having a hard time starting over whooo for me

still not feeling well today but I did walk for 10 minutes wasn't too bad but was short of breathe I was more hungry today I have able to get my water in and also getting plenty of sleep

I have not bloggd for 4 days not sure why I did get sick on Saturday and have not done much since then I have been sleeping most of the time I am starting to feel a little better to night but I still get short of breathe with moving and I am not hungry but I do not have a low grade fever right now I am tracking what I am eating even though it is not the right things I am drinking my water as that will help me to feel better I am going to try to stay on program as much as I can really need to start exercising again but right now it is not possible
