I now weigh 159. So I met my short weight goal. Now I 'm going to set a short weight goal of 149 that means I have to lose 10 pounds this month I'm going to Planet Fitness now and working out.

Seated leg curls, Sets, 3- rep,10-weights 20 pounds
Hip Abductions, Sets,3- rep-10 weights 20 pounds
Leg extension, Sets, 3-rep-12 weights 20 pounds
Glute, Sets,3-rep, 20- weights, 30 pounds
Roman chair knee lifts, Sets,3- 10-rep.
Back extension, Sets,3-rep 15-weights, 20
Incline walk on treadmill, 4% incline- 30 mins.
