Tired of being alone!!

Hi everyone out there in SP

I have been off of SP for a while. I can't understand why I can't stay up with SP and lose the weight I need to lose. A lot of things have been going on since the last time I was on here and I guess I let it get to me.

I lost my husband two years ago that's the reason for this biog today is I'm tired of being alone. I want to find a friend/companion but I want to lose some weight first.
The last time I weight was in July I weight 167.4. I weighed yesterday (Oct 2nd ) I weight 166.4. I weighed today and weighed 164.4 I lost 2 pounds. I have 2 refrigerators and cleaned both of them yesterday and that wore me out!! I guess that's why I lost weight.

So here I am again.I need to lose around 24 pounds. My short goal is try to lose down to 159 pounds.

I know I have put a lots of Bolg in the last few days but I have to put up this one.

I weigh 162.2 now so I have 22.2 pounds to go. Hope I can accomplish this!! emoticon

I'll do that,Thank you.

I hardly ever drink water but today I put away 5 cups of water besides what other liquids I drink today.YEAAA emoticon

I know were suppose to drink lots of water. My question is, can you count tea as water? Can you stay hydrated drinking tea as well as water, after all tea is made with water.

    I think they have changed some of fluid intakes to include tea, coffee, diet drinks and things like that. They also reminded that many drinks contain caffine which is also a diuretic, so i think theye was a caution there. See what others are saying, but i count everything diet.

    I guess you can count tea as water if you want, I am not really sure. The only thing that I count as water is water and Crystal Lite. Sorry I don't really know the answer. You may try posting to the message board diet and nutrition. emoticon

I didn't exercise Saturday or today (Sunday) I feel like I don't have no energy left in me. I'm afraid I 've been pushing to fast. I started the 26th of June at 170.4, now I weigh 162.2 which is 4 days. I've been way under my calorie intake and walking 3 miles for 3 days in a role. I am proud of the weight that I have lost though. I guess I'd better slow down and take in the calorie I'm suppose to.

    I think alot of initial weight loss is water. Eight pounds in 4 days is alot and may be why you're feeling drained. Stay hydrated and listene to your body

I am so excited that I'm back walking the 3 miles with Leslie Sansone. I haven't done it since my husband passed a year and a half ago. I just didn't have the desire to really push it and do it.
