I didn't exercise Saturday or today (Sunday) I feel like I don't have no energy left in me. I'm afraid I 've been pushing to fast. I started the 26th of June at 170.4, now I weigh 162.2 which is 4 days. I've been way under my calorie intake and walking 3 miles for 3 days in a role. I am proud of the weight that I have lost though. I guess I'd better slow down and take in the calorie I'm suppose to.
