ok so I am so tired of all these articles and meetings...I am told you exercise to much you dont take in enough calories.... Im starting to hear BLAHBLAHBLAH!! I do zumba 60 mins 3x a week I put all effort into it...sweating after 5-10 mins.... I do a 1 mile in home walk (15 mins) at least once a day if not twice a day x 4-5 days a week, especially if i know I'm going out to eat! I am losing a half pound here or quarter pound there... I want to see 1 full pound to 2 full pounds every week and I really dont think that is expecting to much WTH am I doing wrong I eat better then a lot of ppl I know...my family luvz fruits and veggies we eat well balanced meals containing olive oil and whole wheat options lean meats and I get just about 90% of my daily fiber(just started) I think it will clean out my "system" and get my body on track! I lost 30 lbs about 2 yrs ago almost effortlesslyquit smoking and moved gained it all back plus 10lbs... only doing 1 mile walk 2x a day and outside walking to run errands and walk kids back and forth to school maybe all together 4-5 miles every day..it was free and I was seeing good # on the scale every week gosh it felt great why does it seem so different now?? I pay $$ to WW I pay $$ to zumba and I do my free walking its just completely frustrating knowing I did it before for free and now spending $$ and not seeing the results I would expect! HELP!!!
