When I set out on my Weight loss Journey (the second time around)...MY GOAL was to be at 125 by my bday..... 1-13-11. That was yesterday. I stepped on the scale today and there it was! 125.8. Technically I have .8 lbs to go...but I am super proud of how far i've come!!!! It was a long bumpy road, and to finally be here feels amazing. I have never been so proud of myself! I just want all of my spark buddies to know that IF I CAN DO IT...trust me girls......anyone can! :))

SO Thanksgiving was a complete successs!!! I have been worried about it for months!! It is usually the time of year that without fail...I backslide!! Well after finally getting below 140 I vowed this year that I would NOT let that happen!! It just can't!

So as nervous as I was about Stuffing myself this Thanksgiving, I ate what I wanted but just in smaller portions to get the taste of everything that I would normally go back 2 and 3 times for. I was satisfied but couldn't help but still feel guilty! I stayed away from the scale for a day or so after Thanksgiving and then decided to face the music! I stepped on and to my surprise I was holding steady at 135!!! I could not believe that I didn't gain not one ounce!! I can't tell you how accomplished that made me feel!!! After feeling like I needed to DETOX from all the sweets i'd eaten i'm now down to 133.6! My record low!! :)) I am only 8.6 lbs away from my goal weight!!!!!! I still can't believe it when i say that!!!!

As i reach nearer and nearer to my goal weight I can't help but feel soo appreciative to all of my spark buddies who have kept me motivated! So thank you!! :))

Well I made my October Goal (To weigh 140 or less by the end of October) and i was right at 140.2....so I'm taking it as a goal met! lol This month's goal is to be at 135 or less by Christmas. I'm giving myself a little over a month for this one.....Just because of Thanksgiving. I know that's going to be a challenge!!! I have a game plan in motion so I shouldn't do that bad...fingers crossed!

I am currently at 138 even. I was hoping to be a little closer to 135 by now but hey...i'm just happy that the scale is still moving, even if it is ONE lb at a time!

I want to also tell all of my wonderful SparkBuddies that I used to conversate with on the regular how sorry I am for not being around for awhile!!! I am sooooo super busy with work now that I can't get on nearly as much as i'd like!! I miss you all!!! you know who you all are!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!!! HAPPY SPARKING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's get through the holidays GUILT FREE!!! :)) (as best we can lol )

I am FINALLY into 130ville ladies!!!!!!! After weeks of exhausting battles with the scale, I am finally here!! And it feels great!!! I can't wait to hit my next milestone! This just makes me want to push so much harder!!

I can't even describe with words how it feels to be in the 140's!! When I first started back on SP I kept saying "wow I can't wait to be in the 140's...even though my goal weight is around 125-130...140 is an important number to me. I couldn't wait to get here because this is what I weighed in HighSchool and I THOUGHT I WAS FAT THEN!! I wanted to remember what it felt like to be in the 140's and why on earth I didn't feel this good about being here back then. It's kinda sad when you think about it. I was so hard on myself....I probably could of been 110 lbs and still would have thought I was fat! It has taken awhile to get back here but now that i'm here...the only way i'm leaving is by marching into the 130's!!! :)) here's a few pics of me now........Thanks for all of the support!! I know I always say it, but I really do mean it, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!! :))
