Well I have not been keeping up with my blog but I still have been working out. Yesterday I worked out my arms and let me tell you I was feeling sore this morning and I still am. Today I did cardio. Tomorrow I will be working out my arms again trying to do more reps. I am learning step by step how to actually workout my arms. Im glad that my fiance was a weight lifter in high school. I go to him for advice. Have a great night yall. oh and GO RANGERS

emoticon emoticon !!!! It is 8:15am here in Arlington Texas and I Lisa have just finished doing three 15minute workouts. Yes that's right THREE!!! I ran up and down my apartment stairs while my four year old girl yelled" ready,set,go". I did two 15 min cardio workouts that incorporated dumbbells , abs, planks,burpees and mountain climbers. I was so excited that I could do the workouts. Now I have the rest of the day to clean house and be ready for tomorrows workout. Looks like hubby is working Saturday again so that means one more workout for me.. Enjoy yalls Friday.

    Wow, great job! I didn't get up early and workout, so know I have to go up during my lunch hour and get it done! Wish I would have been more like you and gotten it done. Keep up the good work!

Well yesterday I was lazy I admit that I did not really do any type of workouts. I did though mess around with my new weights and lift them but for that to actually be a workout well it was not. I did enjoy my night though. We are big Cowboys fans in this family so we ( our four year old daughter, my hubby and myself) watched the Cowboys take on the Giants .. They beat them 24-17. GO COWBOYS. Of course we had to watch The Rangers also. So switched it back and forth. The Rangers won also. GO RANGERS. I did workout today and loved every painful minute. Have you ever worked out so hard where you did not know if you wanted to cry or laugh. Well that was me today. Since I have weights my workouts are harder. I was to the point of crying that I wanted it over and once it was over I laughed because I cried lol. yea I am that type of girl. No these workouts arent bad and painful well they are painful in a good way lol. Anyways have a great day.

Well we had a great weekend at my in laws. Rode 3 wheelers, played horseshoes and enjoyed each others company. Now its time to get back in the groove of watching what we eat and drink. My bro in law gave me some weights so I can mark that off my Christmas list. Did a 20 min workout and was able to use my weights. That was a harder workout this time because of the weights but I DID IT.. Have a great rest of the week.

Did a workout today named Make you Sweat and lol boy did it ever. Sat and Sunday will be my rest days so I made sure I worked out all week. What is everyone doing this weekend? My fiance, daughter and I are headed to the country. We are some country people stuck in the city so we gotta get our country fix. Ready for some fresh air and hopefully go ridin on the 3 wheelers. BBQ and soaking up some sun.I am going to enjoy this weekend since it is very rare that my fiance has more than one day off . Thank you Labor Day..

  That sounds like fun. I believe my husband will go to his mothers. She wants us to come up about 120 miles, but the price of gasoline and a truck that doesn't get gas mileage keeps from going very often when you are on a fixed budget. It will be nice to get out of town. Have a great weekend. emoticon
