When I first started going to the gym on 5/6, I could not do this stretch. I stood there, holding onto a machine and just bent my knee. My hand could not reach my foot to even pull it up.
About 3 weeks later, I was able to grab the bottom of my shoe. (Still holding onto the machine next to me)
Here it is, 5 1/2 weeks later. I am now pulling my foot (from the top of my foot) up to my butt and I can let go of that machine I have been standing next to.
That is progress.
Some more good news, the pounds are starting to come off. According to the scale at the gym, in the past 11 days, I have lost 2.5 lbs that I gained last month, and I think that's great!
