I've lost 11 lbs and am 3 lbs away from my 1st goal toward wedding #1 on June 2, 2012. My 2nd goal to wedding #1 is to lose between 15lbs and 25lbs by June 2nd.
I have been exercising - Zumba, treadmill walking w/10% incline, toning with 3-5lb weights.
I have been better about my food choices. I'm still struggling with the whole coffee creamer vs. 1% milk thing. It is getting better.

I ate my mid-morning snack around 10:30am...1 slice 100% whole wheat toast and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
I took a 12 minutes brisk walk around 11:45 am.
So I ate my lunch at 12:45 away from my desk... simple tuna salad sandwich and a granny smith apple.
I will probably eat my afternoon snack about 3pm... sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pitachios, and golden raisins.
I have drunk my 8 cups of water already (by 1:12pm)
So far so good...

The test results have sunk in, and I have made some small changes.
1. Today I kept my trail mix handy - pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pistachios, golden raisins and plain Cheerios.
2. I kept water with me.
3. I ate lunch at home (leftovers from last night instead of fast food)
4. I exercised - actually danced and Zumba.
5. I enlisted the help of some friends and my husband.
Hopefully the momentum will continue. Now to get some much needed rest..
