Actually its ice & really not very bad. Just bad enough to cause some accidents during St Louis rush hour, which called off school. Bummer
So, instead of a video at home this am, I'm gearing up for some spinning bike time at the gym. I have to work back up to being able to keep up with my spinning classes b/c the PT had me off spinning for a while.
But I did 45 mins the other day so I'll go for 50 mins today (including warm up & cool down). I'm adding 5 mins per time. When I'm up to 60, I'll start working on increasing the intensity of the workout & I'll be able to go back to class. I just want to be able to keep up in class and right now I can't stand thru a whole song. Maybe I'll try that today. It still got my heartrate too high last time. (I wear a HRM).
I'm also committed to weighing every time I hit the gym this year. I'm not a weight monitoring-type person but I CAN easily get in denial and completely ignore the scale. So, I'll weigh but not report until my bootcamp is over. It's just a good habit for me to get into & to start learning to be neutral about the number on the scale.
When I get home from the gym, I'll do my New You Bootcamp Video for today and my PT excercises and then I've got some stuff I've procrastinated long enuf that needs my attention.
