Yesterday was my 4 year sparkiversary - thank you Donna for reminding me :)
Over the last 4 years I haven't made much progress with my weight, probably because I'm at a weight that's good for my height and life style (5'8' - 142-146 pounds) - that doesn't mean I stop trying to get back to 140 or below!
On the exercise front I've made big improvements. For years now I do a 25 minute yoga session an average of 4-5 times a week, the last couple of months I have added 30 min to an hour brisk walks at least 3 times a week and this week I've done my first Bow Flex session - more to follow!
The biggest gain from being here has been the wonderful spark friends I've found!
