WOO HOO this morning I was down again and I'm now at my lowest in over 3 years!!!
Happy Dance.. (that's cardio, right?)
The weekend was quiet, ate on plan but didn't get a lot of exercise in. Still, I'm thrilled to finally see that 140 again! I came close nearly 2 years ago at 140.8 but this beats that :)
The coming weeks are going to be a challenge with a trip south - trips are hard on the weight - and we've been invited over for dinner tomorrow night. I normally eat my main meal at lunch, so that will take a bit of adjusting my day. Time with friends is important - more important than the number on the scale, so I'm not going to obsess, just try and be sensible...
