Getting back on track last week resulted in good progress... this week not so much. After the initial loss, my weight stalled and started to creep back up. I'm back at Friday's weight and DH want to go to Durango and have a nice lunch out before the big Memorial Day weekend... hmm - that will be good for another gain.
On the plus side this weekend should be be fairly quiet. DH will be on the lake and I'll be home, setting my own schedules and meals. NO excuses not to stay on plan, right?
