Protein Pancakes - 95,3 kcal and 6,1 g Protein per serving

I finally uploaded my protein pancakes recipe :) Try it, I make it all the time.

Minutes to Prepare: 5
Minutes to Cook: 5
Number of Servings: 9

emoticon Ingredients:

7 medium eggs
0,6 cups (10 Tablespoons) white flour
1 medium banana, mashed
150 ml 1,5 % Milk
30 grams Raisins (optional)
30 grams of Protein Powder (I used Professional Eiweiss - Chocolate-Nougat Flavour)

If you like it a little sweeter, add stevia or such. Though the banana and the Protein Powder make it sweet enough, imho.

emoticon Directions:

- Mix eggs, banana and half of the milk until smooth
- add flour, mix again until smooth
- add Protein Powder and rest of the milk until smooth

- add the raisins when the dough is already in the pan, not before

emoticon Serving Size: makes about 9 servings

emoticon Tips:

- general rule of thumb: 2 tablespoons flour per egg; the banana is a substitution for 3-4 tablespoons flour.

- the pancake will taste a little like banana, of course, so don't try it if you don't like bananas :)

- those are very filling, even the always-hungry BF can only eat about three of those pancakes until he is full, but they also taste great when they are cool :)

I have been absent from active sparking for a long time. I'm not sure if most of the people on my friends list even noticed, since I occasionally updated the status, but that's not the point.
Four months ago, I moved together with my BF and things are going great since then. Just as the picture above says, results will come to those who work for them. I did work hard.
I passed my first Latin course, ready to start the next one in two weeks – finishing off my studies earlier than I thought, hopefully.
When I injured my wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome / repetitive strain injury) during exam time, I had to take four painkillers a day to be able to write my exams. I passed all of them nonetheless. Although, typing still hurts if I don't wear a … what do you call it in English? Splint? Those things with a metal bar inside of them that you wear around your lower arm so you are unable to move your wrist.
I tried compensating not being able to bike by hiking a lot. Resulted in injuring my knee as well – so I had to take a break here. While I took that break, three weeks actually, I reached my goal weight. Sounds weird. I'm there now, constantly with some small peaks of 1 pound more or less. I begin to be very confident about my body and what I have achieved. I actually bought my first skirt in like … 10 years? I think so, at least. Might be a little more actually. My legs are still the part of me I like the least, but well. I'm working on that :) The weight isn't that important to me anymore. I try to reduce body fat.
I could write so much more, but yeah. Somehow I feel like I don't need to. Not sure if you know what I mean. It's also the reason why I haven't been as active here lately. I didn't even log in consistently. You know, I did my fitness nonetheless, I ate good nonetheless, I enjoyed myself nonetheless – all the logging for points, for whatever, the tracking, it all just became annoying to me. Even now, this blog is more like “I have to write something, damn I haven't done it for so long”. It's just something that feels more like a chore than like something I like to do and something that helps me at the current state.
Even though I reached the “goal weight”, I'm not at my goal.

Love to all of you, I hope you are doing fine. Remember, you can achieve more than you think you can. I'm sorry for the not-really-a-message-here blog.

    Glad to see you even if it's just a quick drop by. I think the point of being here is to get to the point where we don't need to be anymore and it sound like you're there. I will miss you, and I do miss your updates but you are where you need to be and that is great.

The thing on your wrist in English is probably a brace, but the word splint is pretty close. The term splint is usually used when there is a broken bone involved and a brace is used for a soft tissue injury. I hope both your wrist and knee are feeling better in time for your new set of classes.

    I know what you mean about checking in here, pointing up and writing etc. I feel that too. I have thought about you and knew you hadn't been around since your wolf blog. There seems to be a group of us who have gone pretty quiet now... Who don't Spark so much...

I'm so glad to hear how well you are doing - that is truly inspiring, and yes, if you want the results then you have to WORK for them!!! Congratulations to you - you are more than a trooper, you deserve it! And getting through your exams in less than great circumstances... to come out on top passing them (YEEEAAAHH!) AND reaching your goal weight at the same time... What more could you ask for?!

As done for the last Sundays, here is the non-cardio workout as of today:

Body Weight Squat x 3 sets x 10 reps

Body Weight Lunge x 3 Sets x 10 reps

Crunch x 3 sets x 30 reps

Olique Crunch x 3 sets x 30 reps

Dynamic Stretching x 7 Minutes

Deadlifts with Hammer Curls x 2.5 kg x 3 sets x 10 reps

Dumbbell Bench Press x 2.5 kg x 3 sets x 10 reps

Dumbbell Flyes x 2.5 kg x 3 sets x 10 reps

Renegade Row x 2.5 kg x 3 sets x 10 reps

Side Lunges x 2 sets x 10 reps

Walking - Exploring The New Neighborhood (With Pictures)

It seems that I have a tendency to pick places to live where there are lots of nice places around. Nature is just around the corner!

(That's not nature, ofc, though the museum at the local park)

(Those bird houses look like they have a face and constantly look at you, don't they?)

I'm really excited about what I might discover next! :)
