How kind that you post your food log...I am not brave enough. LOL. Honey, where is your breakfast protein and complex carb? You must run out the door in the morning to get to work!! Maybe a Pure Protein bar (peanut butter/chocolate has the least sugar alcohol) or 1/2 pita sandwich of turkey or chicken packed the nite before? Looks like you have willpower! Great pic. Don't take this the wrong way, but you really need to eat more. I checked your SparkPage and I see you've been losing, but it will stop soon. You aren't getting enough nutrition! Breakfast is important. Start the day off right. I don't know if you are using the food tracker and fitness tracker, but I suggest using both. I really hit standstill when I don't eat enough for my exercise. Good luck.
