Had a student make fun of me at work. Didn't make me feel good, even though I was doing okay during the day.

Breakfast: Plain bagel with butter (ew I know but I was in a rush), Tropicana Orange Juice

Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, Nantucket Apple juice

Mid-day snack: Redbull

Dinner: Chicken broccoli and carrots with white rice from Chinese takeout,
White Grape Sparkling Water

Snack: 2 Rocher chocolates
Snack: Handful of Hot Fries chips

Tired. Like always. lol

Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts Sausage and Egg on a English Muffin, Red Bull

Lunch: 1/2 Grilled cheese sandwich: Muenster cheese on whole wheat bread, Tropicana Orange Juice

Mid-day snack: Redbull, 5 piece of Strawberry Fruit snacks

Dinner: Chicken broccoli and carrots with white rice from Chinese takeout,
White Grape Sparkling Water

Snack: 3 Rocher chocolates

Went to bed later than normal. Woke up an hour early. Took the bus instead of a cab. Arrived to work ready to go and oddly not tired. Its almost bed time and I'm about to drop. lol

Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts Sausage and Egg on a English Muffin, Tropicana Strawberry/ Banana Orange juice

Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich: Muenster cheese on whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup of coffee

Mid-day snack: Redbull

Dinner: Chicken broccoli and carrots with white rice from Chinese takeout,
Sunny Delight Orange Peach

Snack: 2 fun-size twix, 1 fun size snickers
Snack: 3 Glaze Munchkins, Tropicana Apple juice (15.2 oz)

I think I'm going to try to keep track of what I eat. To those of you reading this let me preface it by staying I don't eat healthy and I don't eat as often (yes often) as I should. Instead of eating 6 small meals I eat 1 meal and snacks. I like to blame it on my job, my busy schedule, and the fact that I'm too tired to cook. But you can always find time right? I plan on eating healthier and more often so wish me luck! Here's my first Food log:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with milk and Splenda, and orange juice
Lunch: Almond Biscotti and orange juice
Dinner: Chicken Flautas and Red Bull Energy Drink
Snack: 5 Starburst pieces
Snack: 1 pear

  


Back to work after winter break

Today I didn't feel so good. It was my first day back to work having having about 10 days off. I was a little tired, but managed to get through the day. I even went to the gym and booked a session with the personal trainer. Then I got home felt extremely exhausted and well to put it mildly ate dinner and then threw it up... not on purpose it just happened I don't know why. :-(
