i think i have the exercising and drinking water part down,
what i continually work on is the eating. i love carbs. the bad ones, sugar, desserts, chocolate, etc.
i love the low carb way to eat, but just can only keep to it for so long.
and i reallllllly want to lose some weight.
and i realllllly want to keep it off when i lose it.
does anyone have any mojo that can help?
