Ok so... I did it again.I lost weight without working out . I have to get better about this. I KNOW I can do better. I gained last week because I over ate and did not watch portion sizes closely like I was suppose to. I totally get it!! Today I weighed in and got a 4 lb weight loss from last week and did not do one drop of exercise besides everyday life stuff.This next week is spring break. I will probably go to visit my mom and I will use her gym in her apartment complex. I commit to that if we go. If we wind up at my Husband Grandparents they live out in the country so I will take long walks with the kids and my husband. Either sounds great to me. We'll see how it goes.
