Spring Break Results

ok So while on break I made a pledge to continue working out and try to eat right. Well that went ok. my husband and i only truly had one day of vacation but while on it I did work out and I drank tea with splenda and tried to watch portion sizes. We also had a birthday and there was just soooo much food. I tried. So over the entire spring break I worked out only once and ate quite abit of sweets and restaurant food. I didn't get the chance to weigh in on friday like norm but when i weighed in friday night I was at 196. 8 and then yesterday at 200 even. I was soooo motivated this morning to work out that I went to the gym and burned 600 calories doing cardio machines. Sooo well see this coming friday.

Ok so... I did it again.I lost weight without working out emoticon. I have to get better about this. I KNOW I can do better. I gained last week because I over ate and did not watch portion sizes closely like I was suppose to. I totally get it!! Today I weighed in and got a 4 lb weight loss from last week and did not do one drop of exercise besides everyday life stuff.This next week is spring break. I will probably go to visit my mom and I will use her gym in her apartment complex. I commit to that if we go. If we wind up at my Husband Grandparents they live out in the country so I will take long walks with the kids and my husband. Either sounds great to me. We'll see how it goes. Have fun on spring break everyone!!! emoticon

Ok so Friday and Today I did not work out but I stepped on the scale and between Friday and today I'm down to a solid 197 which is awesome!!! I know that I'm not suppose to step on the scale multiple times before the actual weigh in but I just had to cheat. emoticon I love the rate we are moving and just wanna keep it going. Will definitely get my butt in the gym tomorrow I hope if I don't have tooo much fun with my hubby tonight. emoticon My official weigh in is on friday!! whew hoo go me!!

    Good Stuff ! I actualy weigh myself daily in am i like to see and keep track of how my weight fluctuates especialy at the time of the month it helps me get to know my body better.

No Weight loss but I know what I did wrong!

Now weight loss today but I know exactly what I did wrong. I over ate this week, didn't put much effort into exercising,Completely stressed out and did not drink the water like I'm suppose to. So therefore I did not deserve the weight loss. I'll do better this week.I didn't work out this morning but I still have a chance tomorrow since I didn't today. I'll get up early in the morning while people are sleeping.

Ok so I went to the grocery store yesterday and I have a house full of food. emoticon
ALLL day all I can think about is the food in this house. emoticon
I ate a small breakfast and a medium lunch and I'm planning on taking my daughter to the park to get away from the house. emoticon
My thoughts though are becoming obsessive lol. It's crazy!!! emoticon
I'm choosing will-power over the food binge because I have an ultimate goal and that is to reach my weight loss. emoticon
I really want this and I'm not going to let crazy thoughts stop me!!! emoticon

    Some days I think it actually seems like the food is calling our names. But nowadays, since re-joining SP, I take a step back before I answer. I really examine more now the reason I want to eat. If it is genuine hunger, then I'll eat following my Nutrition Plan. But if it's anything else, I've made a list of other things to do. Taking your daughter to the park is a good activity instead of eating. Stay strong and stay focused on your ultimate goal. emoticon

  Hang in there. I know the feeling. I love to cook and bake and When i know that i have the stuff to make junk food or bake something, it is like all i can think about
until I give in and make it. Unfortunately, it is not just me who reaps the consequences, when that happens, my hubby does to. emoticon
