BFC Day 15 Weigh-in Day

So I did lose anything this week but I did lose a tiny amount on my waist. So I'm thinking that I haven't had enough fiber or veggies the past few days. I need to get back to being serious instead of so casual about my eating. I also haven't the other half gallon that I'm suppose to drink too. Time to work on that.

SW: 177.0
CW:178.8

S-Waist:31.5
c-Waist: 31

What I need to work on this week:
- more water
-more veggies and fruit
- make sure to eat six servings
-more fiber

BFC Day 14

The weight that I lost yesterday is back =/ the weather here has been insane. Today is really hot 86 outside. This morning I worked out at the gym and it was really really hard but i did it!! Small victory there.YAY!!!

BFC DAY12/13

BFC Day 12
Yesterday I did nothing!! I didn't go to church, I didn't do laundry dishes just plain nothing. I also felt very weak. I had an feeling that the reason i was so weak was because I wasn't eating enough carbs so that just what i did I ate some rice and immediately afterwards I felt better!!! So made it my personal goal to eat the goal amount set instead of less. All this time i had the mentality that carbs are the enemy so I avoided them like the plague and that's exactly the wrong thing!!
Yesterday's weight: 178.6
Today's weight: 178.6

BFC Day 13

Today I woke up feeling awesome!!! I stepped on the scale and I losted some weight!!! wow!! I danced while I dressed and went the gym and kicked my own butt. whew hoo!!

Yesterday's weight: 178.6

    You're right! Carbs are important because they do in fact give you energy. Just make sure you're eating the right kinds ie.Fruits and Veggies I'm not saying that you shouldn't eat bread, rice or potatoes but those things should be limited. I am glad you decided to eat within your ranges rather then just below!

No weightloss today just some more gain. I'm not going to work out like planned. I just felt weak today so I rested. maybe Pilates in the morning.

BFC Day 10

Hi everyone!! No weight movement today except a few ounce higher. My waist was also a gain but I'm not stressed because I can look at my body and see that I have lost. I refuse to quit my diet plan and exercise because I feel better and I know what the other feels like.
Today I am proud to announce that I upped my weights again. When I first started working out at the beginning of this year I looked at the intimidating heavy weights and thought one day I will use you and today was that day!!! I can officially do my squats routine during body pump to 44lbs resting on my meat part of my back. OMG!!! Everyone in the class clapped and cheered!!! What an amazing moment!!!

Today's waist : 31

    Great job girl!!! Remember to keep that body fueled for those heavy weights or all that working out will be for nothing because your body will take the nutrients from your muscles first!!! Yikes!!! You are doing awesome!!!! Keep it up and I can't wait to see more progress reports!!!
