Back on path

It is hard to get back to my routine of managing a healthy diet. At this time I am craving food items I have never eaten. Wow, there is a struggle in the struggle.

A small, but big hurddle to cross

Thursday, April 26, 2012

Today was the 1st time in months that I actually stopped eating when I had a feeling of being full. Most of the time, I say to myself; just finish your almost done, but today was different. This is a major hurddle to cross.

A positive thing is hopefully the Housing people will find me a place that I can afford. I can be happy just about anywhere. Ity will be mine. Take care. love

Smaller

Friday, August 26, 2011

At 185lbs from 210lbs in 2 mos this is miraculous. I have never lost this much weight in my life. I have struggled with weight and being a little larger than I should be since I was a small child. Now, I am losing weight and I am having trouble seeing the weight loss therefore I can't enjoy it and I have began sabotaging all my efforts. Still seeing me as the old me! emoticon

When I started losing weight I couldn't see it either. People kept telling me how good I looked and I would say thank you and then I'd go home and look at myself and say "I can't see it."
Make tomorrow a new day and use the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker. Forget about messing up and start right. emoticon emoticon emoticon

That is a lot of weight in 2 months! Nice job. It is really hard to see how much weight you really lost when you look in the mirror, I couldn't see it or feel it either. My husband showed me a picture of before and made me hold the weight I lost in dumbells and then put the weights down and look in mirror feels a lot different that second look!

Good luck with it and don't give up on the hard work you have done!
