A separation, Weight gain and the rest..

Well hello there those of you spark buddies that are still around. I too have not been here for quite some time and thought it was time I checked back in and made some kind of blog to explain what has been going on in my life. Well my husband and I have separated it happened around 9 months a go I am saddened that things didn't work out but it is best for all of us...
He isn't agreeing with that but...
I gained weight because of this. Why cant I be like those who go on and look amazingly beautiful and sow the ex ow great they look.
i joined a local challenge and it was bootcamps and paleo which changed my entire look on eating an heath. I felt a million times better without breads grains and pastas, dairy, coffee and sugar. had more energy, lost weight 4 kilos in 30 days 18 cms all over and felt alive, of course I have had a blow out with drinking and eating crap. That's me. Always sabotaging myself. But I know what to do now and that's why Im here writing this blog. I will be going back to that way of eating. Prepping and just being organised is a must. So please drop in and say hi to me....
Keep me motivated i want to show that ex of mine what he's missing.

    Sounds like an incredibly difficult time. Do what you can to cope and do self-care in healthy ways. You've got a great plan (similar to what I'm trying to stick with these days) , now you've just got to put it into action. emoticon

    I'm here, I'm here but as you can read, not around much-this blog is from the beginning of Aug-hehe. My summer, from May to Sept. has been jam packed with camping, yardwork, running and then repacking for the next trip. I found that SP was taking up a ton of time so I go through little spurts of checking in and not. How about you, whats new?

    I haven't been nearly as active with teams or blogging, but I'm always tracking my food and exercise. And I check in with other blogs when I can. But you're right, it seems like lots of Sparkfriends have disappeared. I hope they're still Sparking and just away from their computers!!

Focus T25 anyone doing it?

Well I have been Mia quite alot in various places. But I am here again. I have just started doing Focus T25. Sweat... Yes..... I have just done day 3 in the alpha phase total body cardio and I feel great. I tell you though I am sore all over but thats fine with me I know Im working...

I am doing a 12 week body challenge by Michelle Bridges. In australia she is our Jillian Michaels She is one of the coaches on Australia Biggest loser. She has her own workout videos books and workout gear. She started this challenge for all of us who need to lose weight and get healthy. She sets out a plan each week and also you have access to forums and to weekly mindset videos which seem to be done at a very appropriate time. Such as when I was giving up it we received a mindset video on self sabotage.
So I am into week 10 and have only lost 2 kilos. I have signed up for the program again to do another 12 weeks.
I am a little dissapointed with my efforts I am really going to have to look at the way that I do things as I have done what I always do. I go along all in, then I seem to tire and then have a week off then I eat crap then get back into it etc.. I am going to have to look for the warning signs and find a way to change them so that I can be consistent. I will lose this weight and I will find a way to fight myself. I have learned so far that it is my mind that is my worst enemy. I talk myself out of things Why im not sure. I am going to learn to talk myself INTO things. So I will be blogging on here my progress and all the rest that goes along with it.

So today it is a long walk in my lunch break.

I am going to try to keep busy all this week with workouts Today I have scheduled a walk in my lunch break. That ties me up not to over eat and to be active. I am going to do something everyday even if it is a half hour walk. That can be my rest. Well it is hard to get back to work after a four day weekend but think of the positives its a short week. Well I hope you all have a brilliant day today and the sun shines and you are happy.
