Well I made it to Edmonton and we are settled into our new home :)
My motivation is always up and down, I'm good for a couple of weeks and then i lose interest. Is this how it always starts out? I mean I really do want to lose the weight if not that even being more toned would be good. How do I stay motivated? My spouse to be is always saying I can do it, I know you can. Even my little girl likes watching me run on the wii. Even my eating habits are up and down, a couple of weeks I/we eat great and then its back down again. :( I just need a little more push and some more patients I guess.
I have managed to lose a 1 1/2 lbs and keep it off, that is a plus side. :) Now if I could just lose a little more.
If anyone has some ideas on how to get past the low points that would be great.
