My mood today is a little off, mostly because I do not feel well and sorta because I am really stressed right now. I keep saying one more day and I will get ________ done and it just is not happening.
I decided I needed to think about what I am doing here and why, to re-focus, re-think and see if I am still where I need to be...on the right track. I am going to evaluate using three quotes I really like.
"You can complain about being fat or you can do something about it. Which do you choose?"
*Obviously I have chosen to do something about it...mostly it has worked
*Often still frustrated and lack patience because my body does not like to lose weight or change very quick
*Healthier choices are being made
*Need to cut down on cheating!
Mostly I would say that I am fighting the good fight in this area!

Aristotle was a sharp cookie and someone I really wish I could have spent some time with!
*I exercise habitually and constantly challenge myself.
*My diet consists of mostly good choices.
*I communicate more and I believe that makes me happier and a better friend.
