I havent shed any pounds since 22nd april, so I guess one must do whatever it takes to stay happy! :) Hope you enjoy these jokes, my friends!

Start weight = 75.2 kgs / 165.78 lbs
Weight on the morning of Day 15 = 72.5kgs / 159.83
Total weight lost in 14 days = 2.7kgs / 6 lbs
I like my new diet plan!! :) :) I wish I had started it sooner...! Smiles! My friend had been telling me about it since September 2010, but I only joined this dietician 2 weeks ago! :P I was skeptical coz I thought it was some fad diet in which people tend to loose fast and perhaps gain back... but when i go to the clinic, there are so many people in waiting that we all tend to chat. 60% of these people have been reffered to the clinic by some previous successful client ... So I hear a lot of stories about people who had lost weight through this diet and are still maintaining it after 8 months or even 1 yr later! :) Pretty cool eh?! :) :)
The plan keeps changing in terms of what carbs your having (there are specific days for wheat bran, days for rice, days for noodles... similarly proteins are limited - there are days for eggs and days for chicken /fish, days for lentils ... most days there's vegetables with some carbs and yogurt... and then there are days when dinner must be finished by 7pm (in India dinner can be as late as 10pm, but it usually at 8:30 or 9pm...) And after the 6:45pm meal, no salt intake is allowed... u can have milk and fruits after that till upto 10 or 11 pm, not later..
I like the plan coz its do able and shows results without being too tough... There's no sugar intake as such, but dark chocolate is allowed for times when u have cravings for sweet stuff :)
I'm concerned for the amount of sugar substitute I'm having in my tea. I end up having 3 pellets a day usually, sometimes even 4 or 5! And i mix diet coke (100ml - 125ml) with milk (100ml - 125ml)...
Really happy with my results!! :D

Start weight 75.2 kgs / 165.78 lbs
Weight on Day 3 - 74.8kgs
Strolled around the block for 22 mins.
B - In this order - Papaya 1qtr plate, tea w/ Sugarfree (SF) & 1 Digestive biscuit, 2 toasts Brown bread (BB) with tomato and salt.
Mid day snack - 1/2 glass milk with 1/2 glass diet coke.
L - 2 Bran rotis (1/2 atta, 1/2 wheat bran), Lauki (bottle gourd), curd, Salad - tomato, onion, cucumber, radish and kakdi.
3:30p - 3/4th small apple
Eve - Coffee with 3/4th mug milk, with 2 SF & 2 digestive biscuits
dinner - green beans, 2 bran rotis, salad, 1 square bourneville dark chocolate.
night - 1/2 glass diet coke mixed with 1/2 glass milk.
Its the morning of Day 4 and I weigh 74.4kgs / 164.02lbs !
total weight lost since day one 800gms / 1.76 pounds!! :)
I crave sugar a lot coz im not alowed any. Other than that, all is well!! :)
