I am posting my weekly workout schedule, as I 'schedule' my workouts to make sure that I fit them into my week. Here it is for this week:
Sunday - rest (errands, laundry, house cleaning, etc)
Monday - Turbo Fire "Fire 30" (am), Body Pump (group strength training) (pm)
Tuesday - Turbo Fire "Fire 45" (am)
Wednesday - Turbo Fire "HIIT 20" (am), Zumba (pm)
Thursday - Turbo Fire "Fire 30" (am), Recumbent Bike (pm)
Friday - Turbo Fire "HIIT 20" (am), Body Pump (pm)
Saturday - Turbo Fire "Fire 45"
I also promise myself to eat healthy foods, and use portion control. If I do not commit to both exercise and a healthy diet, I will not achieve the results that I desire.
