My sinus infection is gone & It felt sooooooooo good to work out today! One our of P90X cardioX & today's bootcamp video! You forget how precious goood health is until your down & out- I'm so glad to be back!

I did so well at boot camp last week & then caught a cold that has kept me from work & working out 4 the past 2 days! I am so mad! This seems to always happen! I get in a good grove and then a speed bump! I wish 4 once it could be smooth sailing 4 at least a month!

How sick do I have to be in order to skip a work out? I feel like I have a cold, achy, swollen tonsils, & don't want to eat. Should I rest today or will a work out make me feel better? emoticon

I had a long demanding day at work. I was there from 9am- 7pm-by the end of the day I had the worst headache! I didn't want to work out but I knew it would help my stress level! Geuss what? I didn't do the video challange bit I did 35 min of cardio! Ihad just enough time to eat dinner, shower log on for my blog and tracking. Another bonus- My headache is gone! Tomorrow I will do two videos!

I'm sore from the Spark your body boot camp challange! It feels great! Even though I'm sore, I feel like my body is more energized! Today I plan to take a Zumba class, followed by the 10 minute challange. I will check in when I am done! Go Team!

    Zumba uses salsa, Cuban music/vibes & dance moves that the instructor has you do over & over. You do short dances for 5-10 minutes at a time. You concentrate so much on the dancing that you can't tell your working out! You should try it!
