This sucks!

I've noticed that when I do not bring a snack in the afternoon, I am so hungry that I do not want to work out!! I just want to inhale anything I can get my hands on!!!

    Yep, I love my snacks too. They help me stay in control of hunger and cravings. It takes some planning, but I make sure to pack two for work every day.
