Day 22 - Pushup Challenge

I am in Day 22 of a push-up challenge getting ready to do a 28 day core and abs challenge. I have lose 1 lbs, I feel stronger and I have notice my clothes are fitting better. My coach doesn't want us to say that - because he says it about the fat!!!!!! I see it about both losing the fat and feeling better about yourself if your clothes are fitting better. I still am having problems with my eating habits. My coach has a nutrition plan but it is hard for me to stick to it. But I am trying to do better.

Back in 2013 - Day 4

Day 4
The Explosive Action Workout – Completed – Arms are burning was able to complete the whole workout – Triceps dips – completed 10 but by the last round completed only 6. I did not have a bench so I used my 10 lbs. dumb bells and did chest presses on the floor. My metabolism is sky high which is good for me. In addition to this workout I completed an 18 minute video of boot camp style workout and a 10 minute Pilates stretching at the end. Tomorrow I am back at work and will have to get up at 5AM to complete workout and journal. I will check in later with my half way progress. Have a great day…..

I hope today is better then yesterday I ate a lot of junk food was I was on the computer. I some sode not a full can. Today my goal is no soda and to completed my 50 minutes of cardio to burn at least 500 calories.

    Go for it and I wake at 4:30 a.m. for work so I understand. Find the time for the exercise, it helps for sure

Back in 2013 - New Challenges

Hi my name is paula and I have been with sparkpeople for many years did not track a lot last year in sparkpeople but will make it a part of weight loss goal this year. i am also part of a 28 day virtual challenge my goal during this challenge is to lose 2 lbs I am starting out with a small goals. Also during the challenge I want to increase my modified pushups from 20 to 30 non-stop. I will keep you posted as I move through this challenge. I have to believe that I can stay motivated to achieve my goals to live a healthy lifestyle.

Thanks for the encourging words....I miss going tot health club everydau, but I get my 30 minutes of walking in everyday and I take a kettlebell clas twice a week.

Hello everyone
I have been down but not out...I lost my job back in February but I am working now. while I was off I embark on a weight loss journey and lost 10 lbs and I started a kettlebell class. Will keepyou posted on my journey....
