OK, I am back to the beginning. I broke my hand last summer. And then I decided to quit smoking , Cold Turkey, which led to a 3 month non stop snack fest. So Here I am again 202 and summer right around the corner. So my new strategy is to watch everything I put in my mouth, even if its a piece of celery, Write it down in my food journal. I am going to walk 5000 steps a day at the very least. and do Pilate's , yoga, and as much cardio as possible, Weights and strength training, and Keep a log of that too. My goal Is to lose 10 pounds a month (I hope its more) but that will be good.
