So, I was thrilled with my weigh in this morning. Considering I hadn't made it to the gym in a bit. I have just been slighty more aware of what I have been eating. I slept today for 14 hours. I fell alseep on the couch last night. Even if my mind wasn't completely in it I did make it to the gym today!!! I was having an issue with my Couch to 5k today. It kept pausing so, I was running for longer stretches than I needed to so, on one hand it was annoying but, on the other it proved I could do it! So, I hav e to trouble shoot that app to figure out whats going on!
So, I still have plenty to lose but, ten lbs is a good start!
