Love the nutritional tracker

The tracker really works for me - not only does it keep me honest, but it's so easy to use! I love being able to copy food groups across a week (consistency is good for me for some of my meals) and it's so easy to look things up and plug them in. Plus, something I've NEVER done before --not with WW - is look at the nutritional breakdown. It appears that my protein intake has always been too low! Now I'm conscious of trying to boost it up. It's very encouraging to consider both health and weight loss - to really think about what goes into my body every day.


January 2 Countdown

This is the week for me to return to good health - clean eating, working my way back into fitness from my achilles injury. I look forward to working with my exercise therapist this week to start my plan back to good health. I am envisioning the hikes I will be doing this spring, the runs, the dancing - go Zumba! - and feeling like me again!
