i recently went thru some things in my personal life that caused me 2 put my plans and goals on the back burner but wit a lil determination and prayer i am back 2 my plans and goals and making me a healthy person that i want 2 be.

so i just got thru doing my daily exercises and im a lil winded but i no once i get use 2 doing them everyday i will b just finei am also doing really well at keeping my stress levels down and drinking more water then i ever have cuz uasally its all pop but as i said b4 im ready and determine and i looking forward 2 reaching my goals.... till next time

so today is day 3 for me and still so far so good im feeling good even tho its been 3 days cuz i think its what i wanted to do and im commited to it so its easy for me this time i have tried a lot of things in the past and non have really worked how i wanted them to but i think this will be the one that works for me.
