Two good weeks in a row.... Weight down by 10 pounds. Under 275...I never thought being under 275 would be a goal.....however....I had ballooned to 285..so with two good weeks,,,,I am on track and encouraged. Interesting happenings....bloodwork showed I had high sugar....pre-diabetes or diabetes...not sure which. Good excuse to cut out white carbs...looking into proper foods for diabetic diet combined with weight loss. Seems to be the same or better. Lost 5 ponds this week. Have a nasty cold...so helps with snacking urges....Really a big help to breaking habit! Love how a plan comes together.
