Exercise Difficulties

Since I had a bad car accident some years back, I have more problems getting exercise like I used to. I now have back problems. I am trying to learn to deal with.

I need to concentrate on back strengthening exercises. Walking is good exercise for those with back difficulties.

I need to do more research about this. The odd thing is I did not realize that my back was hurt after the car accident. So I am not sure when I actually injured myself.

    Good luck with a cure for your back ache. Maybe some physical theraphy could help....and give you the proper exercises for the back.

It is important to carry your drinking water everywhere you go. On your

errands, in your car, on your walks, just everywhere, on your desk, etc.

Water is essential for many processes in the human body. It is easy to short

change daily water intake. So a conscious effort must be made to increase

Healthy Eating Habits

Healthy eating habits are important for good health. I need to focus on eating more healthfully. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate myself 5. Probably more fiber and drinking more water would help to improve my dietary habits. Also, eating more vegetables would help to get more nutrition into my eating plan. Adding three to five cups of tea such as green tea is another idea for improving nutrients intake.

    I am new to this. I started eating healthier two weeks ago. I am 70 pounds overweight and had a heart attack a few.months ago and I know I have to make a change and lose this weight and get healthy. I am 50 and its hard but I know I can do it. That's why I was.looking for some kind of support group for encouragement and ideas on recipes and eating healthy. Will get sick of grilled chicken soon need good recipes.
