I did my TJ yesterday and I cant believe how much I love it! I did the PKJ - 40 min and then did the Ab Jam - 20 min. Towards the end of PKJ I was getting a lil tired.. man it kicks your butt! Once I get back into shape I bet it wont be as hard.. or atleast I hope! haha I dunno what is going on with me but man have I been tired this week. I think it might be stress.. from my wreck and then some things going on here at work.. I dunno! Im usually full of energy and peppy! Im still peppy now but just not my normal go-get-em self! I went and bought some new khakis for work last night ( my fav. ones got reuined in my accident ) and I bought a size 8! yesss The ones that got reuined were a 12/13! Granted differnt stores run different in sizes BUT still! The ones I got yesterday were from Target, the reuined ones were from Aeropostale. Well that is all for now! Have a nice weekend! Amy

    Ahh that is so exciting that you got to get small pants. I love when that happens. I started a new TJ challenge when i am going to get up early and do it before work to try to add a little more to my workout and get my body going in the morning. Hopefully this will tone up my arms a little more.

Not alot to say today. I am feeling alot better! I am not sore at all actually.. so im going to do some TJ later this afternoon! Im excited! I am also starting to see results from TJ. My tummy is smaller and tighter and my arms seem to look a lil less jiggily! I measured everything before I started a week ago, I think im going to measure again tonight to see if there is a difference! When I was measuring tho I was kinda worried I wasnt measuring in the right places. Where am I supposed to measure my waist, thighs, arms and hips? I know you measure them on that body part of course lol but what area? Ill post my measurements tomorrow and let everyone know if there is a change or not! Take care!

    From what I have been told it's:

*SMALLEST part of waist (for women it's usually a few inches above the belly button)

*LARGEST part of bicep

*LARGEST part of hips (around the butt, where it's biggest)

*For thighs, I've been told it's hard to get a consistent measuerment, so you're supposed to measure 9" above the top of the knee-cap, and then measure around that part of the thigh (this way you are consistently measuring the same spot)

149.8. That is what I weighed in today! Im happy... even tho its the same as last. TOM is here and I have been building muscle so its okay!! atleast i havent gained! next week maybe it will go down some...

Yesterday was the scariest day of my life! I totaled my car. I rolled it down a reviene. I didnt get hurt at all... thank god!

Hello everyone! Well I did it.. I got up at 4.30 this morning (1/2 hour earlier than normal) and did my TJ! I did 35 min of the PKJ! (punch kick and jam i think is what its called?) I would have done more but I had to quit bc I told myself to stop at 5 and it was already 5 15! We dont have a dvd remote in the bedroom and I need to get one! Without it I cant move up and down on the dvd or else I would have just done the 20 min work out... oh well! Without the remote I pushed myself and did even more than i planned! Weigh in is tomorrow... Im not soo sure how it will go. TOM is here and I am soo bloated and swollen! my rings barely fit my fingers!! That is how bad it is... Any tips on how to help w the swelling and bloating would be great! Thanks alot! Have a great day!

    Wow you have some motivation to get up at 4:30 a.m. I couldn't do it. Its hard for me to get up at 7:00 to get in a workout before work. What time do you go to bed?

    Good job on your workout! I always say I'm going to get up early and workout before I have to go to work but I just can't seem to get out of bed. Keep up the good work.

    Great job on your workout! Stay away from salty foods and drink lots of water, and that should help with the bloating and stuff. Good luck!
