Two more days done!
Wanted to push harder during todays workout but my body wouldnt let me. I felt kind of weak
I just dont want myself to being "going through the movements" I want to really be pushing myself, after all that IS the only way I will see changes...
We have a Birthday party for my niece tonight and tomorrow I am going on SpoonRiver Drive with my Mother in Law. I CAN NOT wait!! I have never been! It will be so relaxing without the kiddos too! Love them dearly but I need a relax day
Had this workout done by noon! Felt so nice to be able to relax at night :)
I was super sore yesterday afternoon.. Finally took 800mg of Ibprofen and it helped. So far I am feeling good this morning, no soreness!
This weekend will be pretty relaxing.. Work til 12 tomorrow and then my nieces 3rd Birthday party at 4. Sunday I am hoping my mother in law will be able to go on Spoon River Drive so I can go for the 1st time. I am so EXCITED!

Somehow I got off a day tracking INSANITY workouts.. So it now looks like I am blogging about day 16's workout twice... I think I missed a workout a week or so back and still counted it as a day. I have decided I dont want to do it that way so I am correcting it NOW!
Today I felt really really good during the WHOLE warm-up (improvement!!!) and did well through all of the workout. The last section of the 2nd circuit was really really hard and I did have to take SEVERAL breathers.. But I am okay with that. I will improve!
Just curious... Does anyone read my blogs? Or is anyone subscribed to them?!
I am subscribed to several different blogs.. I love reading how others are doing each day, its SOOO motivating!! And I always feel so good when I can encourage or say "way to go" to someone on their blog

Friday was day 13 Cardio Power and Resistance.
I had sore legs after this one!
Saturday was Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs.
I have to admit, when POWER JUMPS were one of the first things we did on cardio abs I was cussing. And I remember saying "he is freaking NUTS". I pushed myself and made it through..
Once again I was SO happy I pushed play
Sunday (today) is a rest day. Much needed! I have been eating HORRIBLE and its back on track tomorrow morning. This time of the month ALWAYS get me..
