INSANITY - Day 18 Cardio Recovery and Day 19 Cardio Power & Resistance

Two more days done!
Wanted to push harder during todays workout but my body wouldnt let me. I felt kind of weak emoticon
I just dont want myself to being "going through the movements" I want to really be pushing myself, after all that IS the only way I will see changes...

We have a Birthday party for my niece tonight and tomorrow I am going on SpoonRiver Drive with my Mother in Law. I CAN NOT wait!! I have never been! It will be so relaxing without the kiddos too! Love them dearly but I need a relax day emoticon

    Exactly ~ keep the focus!! I'll tell you what my secret was to keep me going ~ I didn't want to have sore calves again. Seriously, my calves hurt for a full week, I think, when I first started ~ I hated that. Listen to your body and take breaks when you need but don't give up ~ you will have days that you have no energy & others where you will be shocked with the amount of energy you have ~ hang in there! emoticon

    Make sure you are listening to your body, it just might be tired. You'll be able to push hard again, don't get discouraged! Be happy that you made the decision to actually get up and work out! Enjoy your trip hope you have a blast!

INSANITY - Day 17 - Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Had this workout done by noon! Felt so nice to be able to relax at night :)
I was super sore yesterday afternoon.. Finally took 800mg of Ibprofen and it helped. So far I am feeling good this morning, no soreness!

This weekend will be pretty relaxing.. Work til 12 tomorrow and then my nieces 3rd Birthday party at 4. Sunday I am hoping my mother in law will be able to go on Spoon River Drive so I can go for the 1st time. I am so EXCITED!

Tonight is Cardio Recovery!

INSANITY - Day 16 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Somehow I got off a day tracking INSANITY workouts.. So it now looks like I am blogging about day 16's workout twice... I think I missed a workout a week or so back and still counted it as a day. I have decided I dont want to do it that way so I am correcting it NOW! emoticon

Today I felt really really good during the WHOLE warm-up (improvement!!!) and did well through all of the workout. The last section of the 2nd circuit was really really hard and I did have to take SEVERAL breathers.. But I am okay with that. I will improve!

Just curious... Does anyone read my blogs? Or is anyone subscribed to them?!

I am subscribed to several different blogs.. I love reading how others are doing each day, its SOOO motivating!! And I always feel so good when I can encourage or say "way to go" to someone on their blog emoticon

Time to get caught up on Sparkpeople and then its off to bed for this girl!!

    I try and read peoples blogs but usually I track food and fitness and maybe throw out a bog or 2 a week! I didn't know you can subscribe to blogs! Keep on keepin' girl! Plyos are tough and usually throw me into the fetal position! Sparkle!!

Really pleased about the push-ups! :):)
I think I did really well this time and cant wait to see what the numbers will be in two more weeks!

Levi my 5 year old took this, kind of blurry but I am happy the way my tummy looks!

INSANITY- Day 13 & 14 - Cardio Power and Resistance and Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Friday was day 13 Cardio Power and Resistance.
I had sore legs after this one!

Saturday was Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs.
I have to admit, when POWER JUMPS were one of the first things we did on cardio abs I was cussing. And I remember saying "he is freaking NUTS". I pushed myself and made it through..

Once again I was SO happy I pushed play emoticon

Sunday (today) is a rest day. Much needed! I have been eating HORRIBLE and its back on track tomorrow morning. This time of the month ALWAYS get me..
