Started my day off the right way today. I had my juice. It was romain lettuce, celery, 2 red apples, carrots, small orange, & a whole cucumber. It filled up two jars. I've so far drank one & had a banana. I'm going to drink the second here shortly. I think I'll stick with this for a couple of weeks & then I may try a juice fast. Brought some dry almonds to snack on today, which I've never eaten in my life & frankly I'm not too thrilled about trying. I'm going to give them a try though.

I got my new juicer in the mail the other day. Watched "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead" online yesterday. I've been feeling horrible lately. I've got an upset stomach on a daily basis. I woke up this morning & instead of grabbing the yummy donut in the bakery box, I juiced some carrots, cucumbers, celery, & apples. I wanted to add spinach, but it looked a little on the slimy side. I drank all that juice & ate a banana. I plan to eat a salad for lunch & I'll eat something decent for dinner. I don't want to start off too over the top, since I've been eating nothing but garbage lately. Here's to feeling better

Again was woken up by my daughter before my alarm went off. Ugh! So I just got up & let her have my bed, well she had to share it with her Dad. Surprisingly I'm not dragging too bad.
So I noticed that at the end of the day I'm falling short of what Spark has given me for calories. I mean the low end. I'm so used to being told you need to keep it about 1200 calories that I've been doing that, but the tracker has me at somewhere like 1360 I think for my low end. So I guess that last snack of the evening isn't really a bad thing as long as I keep it in check.
When I worked swing shift & my husband also did, we were both on different shifts....ALWAYS. It really sucked. I got in a bad habit when he was on midnights & I was sleeping alone of waking up in the middle of the night & eating whatever garbage sounded good. Chips, cookies, ect..... At least I don't do that anymore!
Yesterday I walked for about 30 minutes at a pretty fast pace. I've realized I'm just not ready to run yet. It kills my shins, calves, & ankles. I'm going to keep walking & alternate every other day with riding my bike or if it's raining, using my elliptical. I plan to start resistance next week too.
Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in. Even though I already weighed myself a couple days ago when I shouldn't have & saw a 2 lb weight loss. So I'll probably not have budged much from that. But you never know!
I'm only working half a day Friday & then I'm on vacation! Having my daughters 3rd birthday party Sat & I can't wait! She's going to be so excited! I also am going to do a lot more juicing next week since I'll be home & able to. I love fresh juice, I just wish my juicer wasn't so loud! I can't make it in the morning because it would with out a doubt wake everyone up. Anyone else have this problem? Do you make yours the night before? I think I'm going to have to get my hands on some jars & start doing that.
