So of course in my efforts to track more.. I think this is super paying off!!! Thank you new inspiration. I've been adding foods constantly that aren't in there and not settling for the next best one, which is what I was doing when I first started. I have decided not to be lazy and go get the container and enter what I am actually eating into the tracker. Now it is there for other people too. I don't always eat the fat free one.. I shop off brands, walmart, aldi's.. so I'm entering! and I'm so excited. My first day tracking I was at 1600 calories.. now I know I need to be much closer to 1200-1500... so I've been doing so much better. What a difference it makes! I just can't say enough how sparked I am! I'm feeling so much better too! Just making that commitment to myself has been great.
Oh, yesterday I looked over my nutrition report and not enough veggies. shocking I know! I was in there so far as calories but I like the pie chart.. this much carbs, this much fat, this much protein.. and this is your goal. it rocks!
anyway.. I'm so sparked about adding the foods to the tracker and tracking my intake and of course my outtake (exercise minutes)!
