I got back in the routine and did my strength and my step exercises last night - will do the step ones again tonight - along with some stretches! Tomorrow is weigh in day - hope I like what I see. Will let you know tomorrow!

Didn't exercise again yesterday. But this is a new week - so have to have a new outlook going forward - I will exercise tonight!

Especially since hubby made chilli for supper - He's not on a diet so I can't expect him to not make and eat the foods he loves. I will just have less than I would have in the past. Hopefully tomorrows supper is a little more diet friendly.

What can I say... no excuses - just didn't exercise again yesterday. I will do it today - find it hard to do it when husband is sitting right there. But he'll be watching the game tonight downstairs - so I don't have any excuse not to do it tonight. Start the week off right.

Was doing really well exercising until I hurt my back a week and a half ago - had a routine etc. Have been able to get back to exercising for the last 3 or 4 days but just can't seem to get back into the routine - but as of today I am determined to get going again. By putting it in writing - telling everyone I will do it today - I am now obligated to do it! I will do it!

Big storm here - Couldn't go out for lunch so had to eat from the cafe downstairs - Friday is their cheeseburger/fries day. Co-worker had that but I resisted - had the grilled chicken wrap - hold the cheese - hold the mayo. Getting better at this whole resistance bit every day. Ended up sending staff home at 2 due to storm - so now at home trying not to munch!
