Only lost 1lb this week - getting a little frustrated with this! Last week up .5 the previous week down .5 so over 3 weeks only 1 lb lost!!!!!!
I guess the good news is I'm down 2.75 inches from last week and down 7.25 from 3 weeks ago. I know that muscle weighs more than fat but I would still would like to see the numbers actually change on the scale.
Have my physical next week and will discuss this with the Dr. I know meds I'm on make very hard to lose weight, usually make you gain, but this is ridiculous.
Rant over. I'm sure I will post a more up-beat note tonight!
