Proud that I've done 30 minutes of exercise a day for the past 4 out of 5 days!
Need to keep up the RESOLVE to continue... 4-5 days each week, min. of 30 minutes per day. If only I LIKED exercise. Other than speed walking outside in decent weather, I just don't like to exercise. Don't like to sweat, get bored on the elliptical, bored doing aerobics, etc. But KNOW I need to do so for HEALTH. If anyone reads this & has suggestions for making exercise "FUN", please post your ideas, suggestions & thoughts. Thanks!
