    emoticon it's coming off very slowly for me this time too...I guess the older you get the harder it is...but it is still coming off...I'll take any little loss I can get...I have to realize that I didn't put it on overnight and it's not going to come off that way either...good luck on your journey! today i'm at 240 lost 8 numbers off the scale for me that is great ,but now i'm on to the next 8 numbers down from 240, i'm very happy a bout it. emoticon
