Well, a few weeks ago I posted goals wanting to lose 2 lbs a week Well, so far that hasn't happened. I have lost about 1 lb a week since then, so not too bad. I joined a new team, Couch to 5K but won't be able to start until next week. I am working 10-12 hours a day so there is no light left when I get home to run/walk! Plus I am just too exhausted.
I am hoping that doing the Couch to 5k will boost up my weight loss without being too overhelming. Every week my fitness activities show that I go over what is being counted, so I sure would think that the weight loss would be better! So, I am hoping that doing the walk/run training will change things up for my metabolism!
