Weight and Health.

Monday, November 02, 2009

I've been doing really well, since mid-July, but it is now time, for a good kick. I notice I'm falling into old habits in the evening.....eating cheese and crackers. i've also been at the Hallowe'en treats. BOO! I'd like to get myself back in gere!
I do quite well with exercise, and have no problem keeping that going. I love water aerobics, and do it 4 times a week. I do Hot Tub, yoga, once a week.
I do try to ride my ex. bike, on Saturdays, and sometimes in the evenings. emoticon emoticon emoticon
I'm starting a new trend of only eating a piece of fruit at night, and hopefully, I'll lose more weight before Christmas!

Old habits do seem hard to break, even after a long time of not doing them. LOL emoticon

over eating

Wednesday, January 14, 2009

I do have such a time to stop eating in the eve. when i'm bored. It is such a terrible habit. I'm doing alright with the exercise, but need to lose at least 20 lbs. and would like to do it by May. Hopefully tonight I'll stay out of the kitchen. emoticonAndrea

Well, I made it, and am down to 120 pounds. I've been on this journey for about two years. Of course, I've been failing, succeeding, getting back on the band wagon. I wanted to weigh 120 for my granddaughter's high school graduation. We leave tomorrow morning for Halifax, and I am pretty happy, with myself, for succeeding.
When I have to have something, in the evening, now I reach for a yogurt, and add my own berries. I'm doing fine, with this. Hopefully, I can keep out of trouble.
All the best to you, as well... emoticon Take care, Andrea

The bigger the Size*****

If my clothing said even one size smaller than I actually am, I would feel better. Depending on the "make" of clothing---I'm much happier with the clothes sized smaller.

Thanks for all your great words of encouragement. I've been so busy with Christmas, that I've let exercise fall by the way. I must pick it back up, as soon as possible. emoticon emoticon
