Rugby is crazy! I have never watched it before and it's on tv right now. I have no idea what is going on, but it sure is exciting!
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that :)
I have started to really plan my meals for the day. I usually just go by what I want and what I have available and most of the time that works, but since I have been eating more calories I am finding it difficult to eat that many calories without eating foods I don't need to be eating. Each night I use the nutrition tracker to plan my meals and snacks for the day and do my very best to follow that plan! Today was really good, I did stray a little at dinner, but I had grilled chicken and homemade pasta salad instead of chicken with spaghetti and veggies. It was a very reasonable substitute. I hope I can keep this up, sometimes life doesn't let things go as planned.
I have decided to wait until the 1st of October to start connecting the RecipeZaar website and Sparkpeople on the RecipeZaar Addicts group. Zaar does so many seasonal posts and games and themes that I think we really need to join in on the fun over here!
