Having a hard time getting going. It all feels pointless.

But I gotta keep trying.

Every moment you get a little more active and every time you get an extra helping of fruits/veggies and every time you get an extra glass of water are all moments that add up and lead to consistent habits.

I'm glad you are not giving up despite your disappointment. Developing new habits can be tough. Baby steps every day!

Food allergy?

Sunday, October 19, 2014

So I took a trip to the emergency room, because I have developed a food allergy. New and awful. I had super hives my face swelled. It was terrible.

my body currently looks like a cat scratching post.

a big fat one at that.

So week 1 of the rebooted Lena has been kind of a downer.... But we're not gonna dwell, we're gonna just keep pushing

yeah!

FAIL - First Attempt In Learning

Monday, October 13, 2014

So , I've completely failed at practicing healthy eating/exercise habits....well at least consistently.

I've gone full circle today, recrossing the 190 mark....Awful right?

While I could focus on how utterly depressing that sounds. Instead I'm going to begin my work in earnest once again. Expect to see a lot of me.

This is the first day I've planned and tracked all my meals in months... It's a little daunting to be back at the beginning, huh?

Let's do our best today!

Back at it (Hello!)

Sunday, January 05, 2014

So I'm back at it with spark people.

My main goal is training to improve my time for a 5k in april .I'm aiming for a sub 11min/mile 5k (been stuck at around 11:30-12 min mile).

I'm also back up to 183- so losing some weight would be great too... Back to full time tracking of foods!

I'm not sure if I'll be posting much, but I thought I'd say hello! Been catching up on people's blogs, so you might see some posts from here and there.... Hope everyone is moving forward in their goals! I'm also using fitocracy if anyone does that, and fitbit if you want someone to spam cheers at you :)
