Okay so slight set back. I got scale happy this week and was on it all the time. The first part of the week I was jumping up and down, and then towards the end of the week not so much jumping. I weighed in yesterday and I had not lost any weight. Well yesterday also turned into a not so great day, so I didn't track or really watch anything I ate. Then I topped it off with getting on the scale this morning. Am I trying to drive myself nuts? Let's just say it wasn't such a great number. I told my husband to hide it today while I was gone. He better. I am not going to beat myself up about it. I'm going to do my biggest loser work out tonight, I am going to try and go running this afternoon if not I will get on my treadmill this evening. I refuse to beat myself up about the not so great day topped by the awful day. Things will get better and I will have an awesome number this week. No worries here just going to keep at it!
