1. FIND JOY in the small/ little things, NOT letting others effect me.
2. Enjoy the day, NO MATTER WHAT!
3. Take pride in the day.
4. Learn something NEW everyday, keeps the brain working.
5. Eat to FUEL my body. But still enjoy the good things.
6. Exercise with purpose, not as a chore. FOCUS.
7. Purge as cleaning, too much stuff = clutter....need to downsize alot of things
8. Tell those around me that they are loved and WHY....
9. Listen to the FAMILY /FRIENDS, be there shoulder.
10.Take a few more deep breathes when things seem STRESSFUL
11. Enjoying the TIME with friends and family, with out watching the clock.
12. More time for ME, does NOT mean I am SELFISH.

1. FIND JOY in the small/ little things, NOT letting others effect me.
Being around the "NEGATIVE NELLIES" who want me join, their team is no longer
apart of who I want to be.....from the hike in the woods on a rainy day, to stress of work, the "NELLIES" are not doing to steal my JOY!

Me and my GodDaughter 2010 enjoying the silly with her is priceless...and instilling the same values her Pa would have shared with her.

I was a very picky eater as a kid, but I have learned to like ALOT of new foods.
but weakness is sweets...Will be trying more fruit this year..
HOME Grown Veggies to share with family and friends great exercise and FUEL!!

With DH not working, going to the gym and taking classes has been out of the budget, so using MY gym more will be on tap this year.
GYM + ME = REWARDS

Being EMPTY NESTERS Sucks.... I have all my Daughters junk...she is stationed in GERMANY, so shipping her all her books, stuffed animals, old clothes, nicknacks,
is not an option, this means that mom gets to store it all...will be downsizing
her stuff as much as possible. Same for my son's stuff.... he does not have
the storage at his apt. but mom and dad are not keeping it all.
Reggie, My Daughter's Dog with her stuffed toys...Toys still here Reggie is in Germany.
8. Tell those around me that they are loved and WHY....
You Say "I LOVE YOU" but even though you have said it..... have you ever
told that person why? You cant when they are gone.
Nothing beats a hug from your MOM.
9. Listen to the FAMILY /FRIENDS, be their shoulder or sounding board....You might
need it in return. This Christmas I listened to my brother recall a family STORY... his version was not the same as how I remembered it.... we laughed and corrected each other on the actual story then called mom ....Listening enlightens your heart.
Christmas Dinner + Childhood stories x laughter = more memories!

I have been told, I take things to seriously, and that I worry to much,
So taking a break from what ever is an overload and stepping back, is my plan.

We live in a gotta go, busy rushed world...the gotta have NOW mind set.
Going to try and forget the clock when out with family and friends. To ENJOY their
company.
GEOCACHING takes you places with your family with a purpose, and the family time is priceless....

Being able to enjoy the things that make me HAPPY, without anyone calling me
SELFISH....from time with family to doing what I want....I have earned it....
and I deserve it!
