Planning has to be apart of every great idea, goal, dream, wish and in this case a task. To attain the goal you must first set a plan of steps, a game plan, a blueprint a map. Knowing what the plan is you start your adventure. When there is a road block you re-plan, re-think, double check your map, and work around it. Having the right directions gets you there but a wrong turn might seem to be a short cut but the extra work may not have been worth the time. Always make a plan, always take time to rethink your plan, re-adjust what works and change what doesnt ....
plan your goals +rewards at work = happiness at work
plan your meals + great food choices = healthy body (family)
plan your free time + Fun time = special memories
We plan for our work life, our weddings, our kids parties, events of all kinds ... but planning for everyday takes work in the beginning ...I could not start anything with a plan.
Being prepared for the out come and making things happen according to the plan.
I have been preparing my household and lifestyle around a change ...
a 180degree change from days to nights... for me and living in a household with 2 completely different schedules, for me 3 or 4 nights and my hubby days mainly M-F 8-5 a Sat once in a while. This will take tons of planning for the meals and FREE time.
re-training for sleep hours
re-arranging the house hold to fit 2 different shifts
just planning for all these things help ease into a new routine for me and my family.
My husband is very supportive and understanding helping do what ever WE need to make things work.
